General Terms & Conditions
- Participating in programmes and sessions is at your own risk. Kimberley Konsten cannot be held accountable for any damage participants or third parties have experienced during one of her programmes or sessions.
- Every participants is required to share any physical, mental or spiritual issues before signing up for any programmes or session. Kimberley is not able to guide participants adequately without this information.
- 1-1 sessions will be scheduled within 5 working days from the purchase. Recordings of all 1-1 sessions will be provided upon request and approval from the client.
- Deposits will not be refunded if the client cancels their participation.
- In case of cancellation within 2 weeks before the start of a programme/session, the client is obliged to pay the entire amount. It is also possible to nominate someone else to take your place.
- Cancellation/rescheduling of 1-1 sessions can be done without any costs up to 72 hours before the scheduled time. For cancellations/rescheduling within 72 before the session, the full price will be charged.
- In case a session or programme cannot happen due to unforeseen circumstances from Kim Ruwa's side, then you will receive your deposit or payment back.
- Kim Ruwa obtains the right to change the General Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Disputes arising from the agreements to which these General Terms and Conditions apply, will be submitted to the competent court in the place or environment of the registered office of Kim Ruwa, subject to appeal. Dutch law applies to all agreements, as well as any disputes.
- By participating in one of the programmes/sessions, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions.
